What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone, date of birth, address), the answers you give in assessments and visits, payment details processed by our payment processor, device and usage information, and communications with your care team and support.

How we use it

To provide and coordinate your care, verify your identity, process payments, keep you informed about your treatment, improve the platform, and meet legal obligations.

Advertising and analytics

We do not place third-party advertising pixels on pages where you answer health questions or on the patient portal. Marketing measurement uses aggregated, non-health events only. Product analytics are collected without cookies where possible.

Sharing

With the clinicians and professional entities treating you; pharmacies and laboratories you choose or approve; service providers who work on our behalf under contract (hosting, payments, messaging, identity verification); and where required by law. We do not sell personal information and do not share health information for advertising.

Text messages

Appointment, medication, and account messages are sent with your consent. Marketing texts require a separate opt-in. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.

Your rights

You can access, correct, download, or delete your information, and opt out of marketing, from the portal or by emailing privacy@pamorahealth.com. State-specific rights, including for California residents, are honored on request.

Retention

Medical records are retained for the period required by the law of the state where you received care. Other information is deleted or de-identified when no longer needed.
