Program availability depends on clinician licensure and state law. During your assessment we confirm that a licensed clinician is available in your state and whether your state requires a live video visit before treatment.

Weight-loss consumer bill of rights

Where required by state law, you have the right to ask about the potential health risks of any weight-management program and its nutritional, psychological, and educational components; to receive an itemized statement of the actual or estimated price of the program, including medication, supplements, examinations, and laboratory tests; to know the actual or estimated duration of the program; and to know the name, address, and qualifications of the dietitian or nutritionist who reviewed and approved the program.

California residents

You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, and to non-discriminatory service. Submit requests from the portal or by emailing privacy@pamorahealth.com.

Complaints

You may file a complaint about a clinician with the medical or professional licensing board in your state. Contact information is available on request from care@pamorahealth.com.
